When flames closed the Princes Highway last summer, my trike’s 80km range and knobby tyres got me through fire trails even SES vehicles avoided. The 200L Toolbox carried emergency water pumps for the local CFA volunteers.

 

Surf Patrol’s Secret Weapon

No more fighting for parking at North Wollongong Beach – the trike fits between the shark alarm poles. Pro tip: The cargo box fits three rescue boards sideways (tested during last Christmas’ mass rescue drill).

 

Outback Mail Run

On my uncle’s station near Broken Hill, we modified the trike with a roo bar and solar panel. Now it delivers mail 40km to the nearest community without worrying about $2.30/L diesel prices.

Had a local Yuin artist paint dreamtime stories on the cargo box – now tourists at Jervis Bay ask to photograph it more than the white kangaroos!

 

ANZAC Day Tradition

Our RSL’s dawn service uses trikes to quietly transport elderly vets through the memorial garden. The electric hum respects the minute’s silence better than Harley engines ever could.

 

Carried a snag sizzle fundraiser’s entire supplies in one trip

 

Outran a cyclist during the Manly to Spit Bridge challenge (pedal-assist mode FTW!)
